Access data/ Server log files

The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:


Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide - i.e. your e-mail address, your name if applicable and your telephone number - is stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations.

If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.
